🌿Pangea🌿

I’m thrilled to announce the release of my latest creation: Pangea! 🌍🍻 This unique brew is a lambic-style gueuze infused with Southeast Texas blueberries and crafted with yeast sourced from around the globe. 🌎 🔬🦠

With three blends available for this gueuze, this sour brew packs a punch of flavor that will have you coming back for more! A merch order form should be up soon…I’m looking to do hats or shirts…so let us know what you’d prefer!!!

Lambic beer is a traditional Belgian style that stands out for its spontaneous fermentation process. Extremely difficult to execute on the homebrew level due to the technical equipment needed, we opted to culture yeast that had already been harvested in this manner. Then, instead of aging in oak barrels, we opted for the use of French oak spirals just prior to bottling.

Just like the supercontinent Pangea, where all landmasses were once connected, this Pangea beer brings together yeasts from various parts of the world. This global yeast blend, combined with the local flavor of fresh blueberries, creates a harmonious and adventurous taste experience you won’t want to miss!

Finally produced a mead that I’m happy with!!! Coffee and Toasted Marshmallow dessert mead, with a sweetness that is slightly balanced by the bitterness provided by the addition of coffee grinds. A 6% ABV sipper that will pair well with something sweet after dinner. Hoping to bottle this batch within the next 3 weeks, let me know if you’d like a bottle so I can send you a message!
