Pan-fried spicy chicken and smashed broccoli with melted cheese 😋
Easy! Steam broccoli with a pinch of salt until they are almost done. Test with fork. Let them cool down/steam off for 5-10 min. Place them on baking pan with parchment paper and smash them flat using a milk glass. Brush with Olive oil with salt, pepper and whatever spices you like. Drizzle a bit Everything spice and shredded cheese on top. Place in oven heated to 450 F (225 C) and bake until cheese has melted and has a nice crisp surface.
Cut chicken in small cubes. Fry in pan with oil and a little bit butter. Add salt, pepper and other spices you like. I used chili and paprika.
Serve with chili sauce, red hot sauce, yoghurt or sour cream and a lemon squeeze!
