Here are 6 easy ways to sneak more movement into your day:

1. Walk wherever you can: Park a bit farther, take the stairs, or walk your kids to school. Every step counts!
2. Dance while doing chores: Put on your favorite playlist and turn laundry time into dance time.
3. Stretch during screen time: Watching TV? Use the ad breaks to stretch or do squats.
4. Use water breaks as movement breaks: Every time you refill your bottle, do a quick set of calf raises or shoulder rolls.
5. Try "movement snacks": Short bursts of 3โ€“5 minutes of movement spread throughout the day, jumping jacks, lunges, wall sits, etc.
6. Schedule movement like a meeting: Add it to your calendar and treat it as a non-negotiable act of self-care.
