I SWEAR you won’t miss glutenous pasta! This pasta has such a great texture and consistency. Those who ate it (who CAN eat gluten) couldn’t get enough of it!

Low carb, HIGH fiber and even HIGHER protein! No need to add meat with pasta this high in protein! This is a fantastic alternative to any pasta, and is a MUST TRY!

I tried Canyon Gluten Free Bakehouse bagels this weekend and let me tell you...they did not disappoint!

With TraderJoe's “everything bagel seasoning” eggs, smoked Dorset cheese AND fresh crispy bacon, how could you go wrong!

Taste and texture wise, you wouldn’t know it was gluten free! Though it did start to fall apart towards the end a bit it was still great (and honestly, if you eat gluten free, you know this is bound to happen).

But all in all, 10/10 would recommend!

I love trying new things rolls, especially delicious ones like these from Nagoya Sushi in Houston! Sushi and Asian cuisines in general can sometimes be tough for Celiacs due to the soy sauce, tempuras, and imitation crab meat. But with gorgeous fresh tuna, Salmon and avocado there’s no missing out, and thank goodness because man do we LOVE SUSHI!

to a homemade main course of pan seared scallops + roasted asparagus, mushrooms ‘n peppers + sautéed lemon butter artichokes a la Susan Gesoff (mama bear); which was paired with homemade crab cakes a la Carlysle Gesoff (sister bear) 💕 thank you again for such a special bday dinner!

Did someone say Halloumi??




Stuffed Portobello mushrooms + pesto ricotta + grilled halloumi

If you’ve ever been to Europe then you know...I just had to get my halloumi fix!

Ingredients
1/4 pine nuts
Halloumi cheese block
1 c ricotta cheese (I used reduced fat but either work)
4 Tbsp pesto
5-6 Portobello shroomies
Fresh parm

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° (180°).
Cut halloumi into 1/2 in (1cm) “steaks”.
Toast pine nuts in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat (watch them carefully or they’ll burn!) this step only takes a few minutes. Remove and set aside.
Same skillet, pan grill halloumi “steaks” for 1-2 min or golden brown. Cool and cut into cubes.
Combine pesto + ricotta
Lay shroomies upside down and fill with 2-3 Tbsps of pesto/ricotta, top with halloumi cubes and pine nuts.
Bake 20 min, serve with fresh parm.

Grilled Salmon w/ fresh gremolata + grilled vegg + parsnip mash 🌻




Ingredients
12ish oz H-E-B Fresh Organic Atlantic Salmon
1 Tbsp dried celery
1 Tbsp Chinese five spice
1 Tbsp McCormick Spice Montreal steak seasoning
Salt n peppa to taste

Gremolata:
1 bunch Fresh Parsley
1 Fresh minced Garlic clove
1 tsp Lemon Zest
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup of Olive Oil
Salt n peppa to taste

Mini Sweet Peppers
Asparagus
Salt n peppa

4 Parsnips
2 Tbsps Butter
2 Tbsps Sour cream
2 tsps Dill W**d
Salt n peppa

Instructions
Season salmon with dried seasonings and grill to your liking. Season vegg with olive oil and salt n peppa, grill to your liking.

To make the gremolata, combine ingredients in a food processor and blitz until you have the consistency of salsa verde. Serve over top of grilled salmon.

For the parsnip mash (holy yum), boil parsnips in a few inches of water for 5-7 min or until Mashable consistency is achieved. Mash parsnips, then stir in butter, sour cream and seasonings.

One of my most favorite lunches! Super and without lacking any flavor!

Ingredients
Mini Cucumbers
Mini Sweet Peppers
Cherry tomatoes
Athenos reduced fat feta
Fresh Oregano
Pink Salt ‘n peppa
Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel
seasoning
Herbs de Provence seasoning

Instructions
Chop it up, toss it up & eat it up!

THE Baked Feta Pasta 🍅




Yes...this pasta was all the hype and more! So delicious, easy, and !

Ingredients
(Eye ball/wingin it recipe)
Fresh cherry tomatoes (variety)
EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Salt ‘n peppa
Minced Garlic
Dried Oregano
Creamy Feta Block
Fresh Spinach
Zucchini noodles
Barilla GF spaghetti

Instructions
Mix EVOO + tomatoes + garlic + spices + spinach and bake at 350° for 30 min. Spiralize zucchini’s + make GF pasta. Take tomatoes + feta out of the oven and add RAW zucchini noodles, cover and put back in the oven for 5 min. Take out of the oven, add GF pasta and serve!

It’s so naturally we whipped up some flippin’ good Maple Grove Farms American-style pancakes! Trust me when I say that this new creation of “burned”-crispy-fluffy-chocolatey-chip pancakes will have you begging for more. These are a texture & taste paradise, with confirmation from non-gluten free personnel (Carlysle Gesoff) that you’d never know they were GF!

Follow box instructions for batter mixture + chocolate chips...the end. Top with Pearl Milling Company syrup!

Pancake hack: Use REAL butter (too cook them in the pan) and it’ll leave you 🤤🤤🤤

Mr. B’s Shrimp ‘n Grits (New Orleans BBQ Shrimp + Roasted Poblano-Jack Grits) & ofc, crème brûlée

Thank you Lovers Seafood and Market for all of their options, everything I ate & drank was delicious! (Not pictured, Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Stuffed Jalapeños + Deviled Eggs w Bacon Jam — these got consumed too quick for pics but were deliciously gluten free!)
