🏅 8th Place Ribs
16th Place Brisket
🏆 6th Overall

Proud of that chicken walk and another strong overall finish. We learned a few things, made progress, and we’re already getting ready for the next one.

Three meats turned in and three walks earned. We’re proud of the consistency, but we’re not satisfied—the goal is always to keep improving and move closer to that top spot.

We’ll make a few adjustments, fire the pit back up, and come ready for the next one. Houston showed up, and HTX BBQ is just getting started! 🚀🔥

One weekend at a time and the rubs just show up every wekeend they are put to the test. Its almost a cheat code to place at a cookoff when your using the rubs. Great job team, keep cashing checks and chasing trophies.
