Bottled our wheat beer last night. It looks (and tastes) so good! Next Friday, we're bottling Hoppy Endings AND brewing an American Pale Ale. We're hoping to have three beers for a party sometime in June!

We brewed our Hoppy Endings two weeks ago, brewed our vote-winning Wheat Beer last weekend, and transferred the Wheat to the Second Stage Fermenter this weekend. Blog post is up! (And three more coming this week!)

New blog post about our next batch - Hoppy Endings IPA. Jon says we should have performed a HazOP before using a smaller vessel as our primary fermenter. I think he's right!

Thanks to everyone who came out for our party! It was a great success and we are looking forward to more parties in the future. For our next party, we'll be brewing an IPA (Jon's favorite) and the winner of our vote: Wheat!
