Cajun Garlic Blackened Salmon over a bed of dirty rice with sautéed spinach. ☺️

Hump Day = Day 🌶🍸

Ingredients
1 lime wedge
2 jalapeño coins, remove seeds
2 ounces blanco tequila
1/2 ounce orange liqueur or sweet and sour mix
1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce agave syrup
Garnish: salt rim and jalapeño

Rub the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip the rim in salt to coat.
Add the jalapeño to a shaker and gently muddle.
Add the blanco tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and agave syrup, plus ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with jalapeño.

Winter Wonderland Martini 🍸 Since it’s still cold outside, you might as well make you one of my favorite cocktails!!

1 1/2 ounces of vodka
1 ounce of white cranberry juice
1/2 ounce of St. Germaine or elderflower liqueur
1/4 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Garnish: 3 cranberries and 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar and a piece of mint.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the vodka, white cranberry juice, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice. Shake well. (If you don’t have a shaker, no worries... get two cups, add all ingredients including ice in one and use the other cup to pour into back and forth until mixed.)

Put three or four freshly washed cranberries on a toothpick or skewer, place on a napkin and dust them with sugar. Tap off and excess sugar and set aside. �
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the sugared cranberries and mint.

Sit back, relax and enjoy! You’ve been Garnished!
