Introducing the newest member of the family, Miss Emma! Miss Emma made her debut on 08.08.20 at & Nichelle's wedding. Champagne popsicles were served to their wedding guests from the bike cart, and guests were thrilled with the frozen treat.

This is the face behind . My name is Misti Buard, and what can I say? I love food trucks.

Fun Facts:

1. In 2013, I fell in love with one particular food truck - Bobby Que. He would be outside of in Houston every Friday and Saturday night. I put on 20lbs that summer. Trust me, his homemade sauce and BBQ were worth it! I wish I could find his truck again. I think he moved back to Tennessee.

2. Because I chased that one food truck the entire summer of 2013, my old mentor coined me as . 7 years late, people still call me that.

3. Take a very close look at my hand. My grandmother (who is now deceased) passed her chubby fingers onto me and my mom.

4. Brand Appétit is all about serving the underserved. We partner with food trucks who may not always have notoriety, but they have excellent hearts and tasty food. Each year we partner with food truck to feed the homeless, pass out toiletries, etc. As we grow, we will host Food Truck Giveaways throughout the year. My goal is to always give back to the community.
