🧋💜😻It’s been awhile since we’ve shared any updates, and we’ve missed you!

Maddy usually follows her Uncle Gabe’s (.htx) schedule at the market, but it’s been a busy year for both of them. Between school, spending time with friends, taking care of her sweet cat Lenny , and running BobaCat, we’ve been working hard to find the right balance.

We are so incredibly thankful for the help and guidance from TEAA by me. Their support has made it possible for Maddy to keep doing what she loves while staying focused on everything else that matters.

We hope you enjoy this weekend’s flavors!
Maddy will be serving Milk Tea and Thai Tea by .tx , and they are so good!

😻🍓🍋It’s been a little while since we’ve posted, but Maddy’s been moving at her own pace with BobaCat. Today she debuted her newest creation: Strawberry Lemonade with Strawberry Popping Pearls!

☀️When asked what inspired it, she said, “I wanted to make something refreshing for when I get hot in the sun.” We think she nailed it!

😻🧋💜 Maddy is taking a BobaCat break for a few weeks! With the end of the school year and finals coming up, plus her uncle Chef Gabe of Subò HTX traveling to the Philippines, it’s the perfect time to hit pause.

😻🧋🎉BobaCat hit a big milestone! Last night, Maddy catered her first-ever event at The Houston Club, a Bar Mitzvah for a special friend of Jaxson’s.

After weeks of prepping, scaling recipes, and planning her serving system, she aimed for 100 cups and ended up serving almost 150! It was a huge success and a great learning experience as she grows her little business.

Special thanks to Uncle Gabe and Auntie Annie for their amazing support. We’re so proud of Maddy and excited for what’s ahead!
