Sometimes the best meals come from thinking outside the box. 🔥

Today I took a simple family-pack split chicken breasts and gave it a whole new life. Instead of serving it as-is, I seasoned it up, kissed it with BBQ smoke, then chopped it into a rich, flavorful smoked chicken salad that was packed with bold taste in every bite.

It's proof that you don't need expensive ingredients to create something memorable—just a little creativity, a smoker, and a passion for good food.
