Meal prepped Jalapeno Spinach Egg Muffins!

Seasoned with:👉 #Flavorgod Cajun Lovers Seasoning
12 large eggs
4 oz of shredded pepper jack cheese
6 oz of cooked chopped spinach
3 jalapeños (2 chopped in mix and 1 sliced for top) I left seeds in because I wanted spicy. Take seeds out if you don’t like it hotter
I tsp hot sauce
I tsp Flavor God Cajun seasoning
1 TBS flaxseed
1 TBS chia seeds
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400. Spray muffin pan with non cooking spray or use baking cups. Mix all ingredients and fill muffin cups 3/4 to full. The muffins will rise during baking but will decrease in height after they cool. Top each muffin with cheese and a jalapeño slice.
