It was a pleasure sharing the wines of Château Fillon Winery and Vie de Rêve | Sparkling Wine with so many wonderful guests. From crisp whites and elegant Bordeaux reds to the sparkling favorites, every pour brought great conversation, new discoveries, and plenty of smiles.

An evening that perfectly captured the power of culture, cuisine, and wine. 🍷✨

What happens when a world renowned chef and a Haitian winemaker come together to tell their stories through food and wine?

Magic.

It was an honor to host Chef Tristan Epps and Karlex Antoine at Jun , where guests experienced a one-of-a-kind pairing dinner celebrating Haitian heritage through extraordinary culinary artistry and world-class wines.

Each course was thoughtfully paired with selections from Château Fillon Bordeaux and Vie de Rêve creating a journey that moved from the vineyards of France and the hills of Piedmont, Italy, to the vibrant flavors and traditions of Haiti.

From Squash Accra and King Crab Pikliz to Burnt Sugar Cane Glazed Duck and Nutmeg Ice Cream, every dish showcased Chef Tristan Epps’ creativity and passion, while Karlex Antoine’s wines elevated each pairing with elegance, balance, and purpose.

More than a dinner, this was a celebration of two luminaries sharing their craft, their heritage, and their vision with Houston.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this evening so memorable. The conversations, laughter, food, wine, and community reminded us that the best experiences happen when culture is shared around the table.

Unforgettable Wine Tasting Wednesday 🍷✨

Huge shoutout to MCW for always creating the perfect space for wine, conversation, community, and unforgettable Wednesday nights. The energy tonight was incredible. Fulll of smiles, laughter, and glasses raised all around 🥂

The true highlight was the phenomenal NtsikiBiyela of 🇿🇦🍇 Her warmth, passion, and storytelling brought every wine to life and made the tasting feel so personal and joyful. Watching guests connect with her, discover new favorites, and share in the experience was something special.

From the crisp Sauvignon Blanc to the bold and unforgettable Umsasane, every pour had people coming back for another sip. Amazing wine, amazing people, amazing atmosphere.

From the beautiful blooms to the rich conversations and unforgettable pours, the atmosphere was nothing short of magical. A special thank you to the incredible winemaker Ntsiki Biyela of ASLINA Wines for sharing her passion, story, and the star of the evening — the bold and elegant Bourdeux Style Umsasane. 🍷

The room was filled with amazing people, laughter, connection, and a true appreciation for culture, wine, and community. Every detail came together perfectly, making this experience one to remember.

Central Market was filled with laughter, smiles, conversation, and incredible wine yesterday. 🍷✨

And this was on a Monday 🤣

What made the tasting so special wasn’t just the wine, but the energy in the room — people connecting, sharing stories, discovering new favorites, and enjoying every pour alongside Ntsiki Biyela and Aslina Wines.

The standout of the evening was easily the Aslina Sauvignon Blanc. Crisp, refreshing, elegant, and a favorite from the very first sip.

Thank you to everyone who came through, raised a glass with us, and made the evening feel so warm and memorable. Great wine, good people, unforgettable moments.
