Our banana slices are 100% natural, made through a 100% artisanal process, prepared by the hands of Veracruz women.

They are lightly sautéed with natural sea salt, and bagged.

We have two presentations: 5 ounces and 12 ounces. We also have a Food Service service for restaurants, since JA'AS Plantain Strips are ideal to combine with different dishes from different cultures and countries.

On the geographical limits between Oaxaca and Veracruz in Mexico. In a small town Otatitlán, the region produces an excellent quality plantain, thanks to its rich lands that are irrigated by the Papaloapan River, one of the largest and most extensive that Mexico has, whose waters nourish the lands to give us This green treasure that delights the most demanding palates.
