One of my favorite go-to dishes is a beef bulgogi bowl. Usually pretty basic with some marinated beef over a bed of sticky white rice with some grilled veggies and when I’m feelin extra adventurous a fried egg on top..K-Bop out of Austin took it to the next level tho...
You can see the basics on the list checked off with the beef, egg, veggies, and underneath a bed of white rice...but they also drizzle their own homemade Korean BBQ sauce and house spicy red sauce AND add a layer of fried glass noodles under the rice to really make this bowl a HUGE win for only TEN BUCKS.

This may have been one of the best meals I’ve ever had for breakfast! So many layers to this..
Over easy egg on top, hashbrowns, jack and cheddar cheese, jalapeños, avocados, cilantro, onions, and normally has chorizo sausage but I substituted that out for turkey sausage 😋I know you’re drooling, I am too as I write this description up lol, so do yourself a favor and try to make it out to Wildberry Pancakes & Cafe and try this magnificent meal out for yourself 🤤
