Growing up, she noticed that everyone in Haiti had a jar of this special sauce sitting on their kitchen counter. Then, she became curious and would watch for years while her grandmothers and mother prepared it. They would carefully select the peppers along with the all the fresh vegetables, chopped them carefully and mixed in those wonderful seasonings. Then, it would be placed in a glass covered
jar for days while all the flavors became alive. As she got older, she continued the same tradition by having a jar in her own kitchen. When friends came over, everyone was always curious as to “what is this in the jar?” So, she started sharing it with them. Once they tasted, the next question was, “do you think I can have just a small jar to take home with me.” Of course, the answer was always yes. They loved it so much; they would always come back for more. Over the years, each time she made a new jar for herself, she would make a few extras so that she could share with friends, other family members and co-workers. The response from everyone was always the same. “This is so good; you need to start selling it.”
Finally, after giving away hundreds of jars as gifts, Alexandre’s Caribbean Peppers is finally born…
It is now a product that is being proudly packaged and distributed from Texas sharing the Family Caribbean Flavor With A Kick.
