Well we finally got the word from insurance.
Ole Bessie is a goner.
With that being said we have decided to NOT continue in the food truck industry. The past 4 years have been a wonderful adventure of which I wouldn’t change a thing.
I appreciate all the friendships, love and support that we have made during this time and hope to stay in touch. Also, please don’t hesitate to contact me should you need a food truck as I will continue to network with my Food Truck Family there in SA.
Again thank you for so many years of fun, friendship and serving up ‘Comfort food with attitude!’ ✌️

Just an update on Hippie Mommas:
Ole Bessie gets inspected Thursday. Right now the inspector says it's not looking good.
Either way we are resolved to whatever God has in store for us!

So good to see the SUNSHINE today! 🌞

UPDATE: Still in the cleaning process, but so very thankful that things weren't any worse.
Lots of helicopters in the area. Military and media. Water has receded in our area tremendously, but still....much more to go.
We did get water damage in Ole Bessie (the foodtruck). Having someone come out and assess it ASAP.
Please continue to pray for those in the Houston area. So many have lost LITERALLY EVERYTHING. And if you can....help a friend or a stranger going through all of this. The smallest gesture will make a HUGE difference.

Just wanted to sincerely thank everyone that's called and texted to check on us.
Yes things have been a bit hectic but we are fine and very grateful that things haven't been worse than what they are.
We are still looking at several more days of rain and ask for your positive thoughts and prayers.

There's been A LOT of things going on in my personal life that I haven't really shared with anyone but a select few. In short, because of Family illness.....I will be temporarily shutting down Hippie Mommas and relocating to the Houston area effective August 1st.

The past 4 years have been an amazing ride and I am so appreciative of all the friendships I've made. SA has truly become our home however, our responsibilities and obligations to Family have to come first.

We have built a respected reputation and a good customer base here and I will still continue to network with my Food Truck Family here just as I do now.

I ask that you keep our Family in your positive thoughts and prayers during all of these changes and please know that I am always just a phone call, email or text away.
