Baker appreciation post for Chelsea and Sour Doha. I took her class last night— wow, now I have an amazing first loaf at home and her starter, equipment kit, and tried & true methods for baking sourdough in HTX.

Ps- baking macarons and sour dough are different, but mastering them in humidity can be aided by a seasoned teacher. Love that!
