🍷✨ What an amazing Wine Dinner at Dakotas Steakhouse in Dallas! We had the pleasure of enjoying exquisite wines from Cornell Vineyards, expertly hosted by Cornell Winemaker Elizabeth Tangney and Dakotas Steakhouse Sommelier Brandon Smoot. A huge thank you to Chef Ji Khang for the masterful pairings that elevated each sip!

We can’t wait for our next event in November featuring Flint Knoll. Stay tuned for more delicious moments!

Exploring Italy for new wines with Nicola Biscardo Selections. First visit to Fattoria Montecino Rosso in Emilia Romagna. Specialized producer of wines based on the Albana grape with dry whites, boytritis, Methode Traditionelle and sweet desert wines. Will soon be available in Texas.

Dinner in Dallas drinking Xurus Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 with Xurus owner Kambiz Safinya. Xurus wines were made by the late Denis Malbec and his legacy continues with his wines drinking amazing! Brandon Smoot was getting wine making stories of Denis from Kambiz.
