New Menu Item ‼️‼️‼️

I never want to get so used to being booked that I forget what it actually means.

Every inquiry, every deposit, every event, every referral is someone choosing to trust me with their money, their vision, and a moment that matters to them.

That’s something I’ll never take lightly.

I’m grateful for every person who has supported Chasin’ The Taste, whether you booked me, referred me, shared my work, or simply spoke my name in a room I wasn’t in.

Building a business will humble you, stretch you, and grow you, but moments like this remind me why I keep going. 🤍

Bougie taste… budget conversations. 😂

Because the difference between “nice” and “damn” is always in the details.

This video is from years ago, and watching it back now hits a little different.

I’ve grown so much since then, not just as a chef, but in the way I create, plate, present, think, and move through this business.

Every event, every mistake, every win, every long night has given me another chance to perfect my craft. I’m still learning, still evolving, and still pushing myself to become better than I was before.

Sometimes growth is so gradual that you don’t realize how far you’ve come until you look back.

And today, I’m proud of me. 🤍

I DEFINITELY HAVE A COOL JOB 😎

Hiring a caterer should make your event easier, not harder 👩🏾‍🍳

You handle the guest list — I’ll take care of the rest 😊

Every artist has a studio.
Mine just happens to look a little different. 👩🏽‍🍳✨

The grocery store. The kitchen. The plate.

This is where the art begins.
