2 large tomatoes, sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
½ cucumber, sliced (optional)
½ cup creamy garlic or herb dip
3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, buttermilk, grated garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well, cover, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Prepare the Crispy Coating
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt. Remove the wings from the marinade and coat each piece thoroughly in the flour mixture.
3. Fry Until Golden and Crunchy
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the wings in batches for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.

Toss the hot wings with the honey garlic glaze until evenly coated. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
7. Assemble and Serve
Arrange the wings on a large platter with the fries, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and creamy dip. Serve immediately.
