ARE WE READY?
The 2022 Houston Irish Stew Festival new this year:
NEW LOCATION at Main Street Tap & Grill located at 4002 N. Main St. Great neighborhood bar and just outside of downtown and nestled on the edge of the Heights.
There are various places to plug in for electricity. Please bring your own extension cords.
NEW – No Alcohol can be brought in, but Greg is offering the cook teams their favorites at cost! We just need a heads up to be sure he has what you like to order!
Music will continue into the evening.
Winners will be announced right after Judging is completed on each round! No more waiting until 5:30pm!
Raffle will still be announced at 5:30pm, but no need to be there to win! The bar will hold raffle items and Barrel of Booze for pickup if you are not there.
50/50 you will still need to be there to win. Sorry folks. Cash is Cash.
Raffle and 50/50 Raffle tickets will be sold at the bar before the event. Once the printed tickets arrive, we will send emails and make announcements.
We will have a couple more meetings and the cook & volunteer meeting as always on location so everyone can scout out a spot and check out the new venue.
As with most non-profits, we have been hit hard. With the cancellation of the parade at the last minute in 2020 and no fundraising events since due to the pandemic, we are in need of every cook, cook-off attendee, 100 Club Member to help us get the 62nd Houston St. Patrick’s Parade down the road.
