For the Urban Cowboy Candy chicken: marinate chicken in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil with 1/4 cup cowboy candy liquid and 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice. You can add in the jalapeño if desired. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes and place on preheated grill at lowest setting, flipping every 10 minutes and brushing marinade on until the last flip. Chicken should have a nice golden color on the outside and temp should reach internal temp of 165.
