Today I’m extremely grateful for everything and everyone in my life. I’m grateful for the foolish as well as the wise… for at some points in my life, I was both. I’m especially thankful for maturity and peace of mind.
You may not realize exactly when or where the transformation occurred, but when trials or blessings manifest, you just know you’re not the same. The things that once disturbed your peace no longer have the same power. The praises of people don’t elevate you beyond measure, and the plots of people don’t devastate you as they once might have. Growth has a way of quietly introducing itself until one day you recognize that your response has changed because your heart has changed.
I’ve learned that peace is not the absence of trouble; it is the presence of God in the middle of it. Maturity is not knowing all the answers; it is knowing who to trust when you don’t have them. There is a confidence that comes from surviving what you thought would break you and discovering that God was strengthening you all along.
I encourage everyone today to smile and be still and know that He is God and that He is working it all out on your behalf. Every delay has a lesson. Every closed door has a purpose. Every season has an expiration date. What seems hidden is not forgotten, and what appears delayed is not denied.
A merry heart does good like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones. Choose joy. Choose gratitude. Choose to believe again.
Bruised, but never broken.
Bent, but never defeated.
Tested, but still standing.
Wounded, but still worshipping.
And hear me clearly: In not many days, the change you’ve long waited for shall manifest. Doors will open. Answers will come. Strength will return. Peace will settle your heart. What God has promised, He is faithful to perform.
So live out loud… unapologetically.
Love deeply.
Laugh often.
Forgive quickly.
Walk boldly.
And never allow fear to silence the purpose God placed within you.
I rejoice with you in advance because I believe your best days are not behind you—they are unfolding before you.
With gratitude and expectation,
Apostle Rhonda Travitt
