As concerns around the ongoing cyclosporiasis outbreak put a renewed spotlight on food safety and sourcing, more Houstonians are asking an important question: Where does my food come from?

Our Executive Director Jessica Wilt spoke with Axios Houston about the value of getting closer to the source and the transparency that comes with a strong, local food system.
