Chris and Kasey Shivers, owners of Infinity Cattle Services, have been involved in the Brahman breed and the cattle industry for over 30 years. Chris is a native of Mississippi where he was raised in junior livestock programs, served in leadership roles, and competed on nationally recognized livestock judging teams. Chris worked for the American Brahman Breeders Association for 17 years and spent

13 of those years serving as the Executive Vice President. Over the past 30 years, Chris has amassed a wealth of knowledge of the cattle industry. He has traveled the globe to attend industry events, has made numerous industry contacts all around the world, and has been recognized for his involvement and leadership in the cattle industry. Chris’ areas of expertise include: cattle mating, sales & sale management, genetic improvement programs, marketing, photography, communications, record keeping, registrations/transfers, DNA submission, data collection, F-1 programs, superior knowledge of the Brahman breed, and a wealth of knowledge of the cattle industry in both the USA and internationally.

Consignor Spotlight: Circle F Farms

A proud four-year consignor of The Brahmans at the Camellia Sale, Circle F Farms made waves in 2022 by purchasing the high-selling lot, MF Ms. Polled Emma 9/1 (PP), who has since become one of their most prolific and profitable donors. Two years ago they purchased an aspiration at The Camellia on the 2024 International Reserve Grand Champion AT Miss Hazel 940/1 and will be offering one of the resulting calves in this year’s sale.

Owned by Woody Folsom of Baxley, GA, Circle F Farms stands as the largest Registered Brahman breeder in the Southern U.S. With over 5,000 breeding females, five registered breeds, a commercial program, and their own retail beef store, this operation spans 12,000 acres and is known for their top-tier genetics and legacy.

We’re excited to introduce Hatch Cattle Company, one of the consignors in the Brahmans at the Camellia Sale.

Specializing in elite Brahman genetics, their mission is simple: raise healthy, high-quality cattle with integrity. Since 2019, they have focused on producing Brahman cattle that combine strong genetics with calm dispositions — making them a pleasure to handle for adults and children alike, and a favorite in the show ring.

Hatch Cattle Company began in Tupelo, Mississippi, in 2019 with one man’s dream to raise Brahman cattle that defied expectations. Along the way, they’ve been blessed by relationships with outstanding breeders who generously shared their knowledge, guidance, and genetics — helping shape the program they’re proud to offer today.

In 2024, The Hatch’s relocated to the Vossburg, Mississippi community. This move marked an exciting new chapter as they continue to grow, improve their program, and serve fellow breeders and cattle families.

Hatch Cattle Company is built on relationships, honesty, and a shared passion for excellence — and they look forward to reconnecting with old friends and meeting new ones as they continue their journey.

Today's Brahmans at the Camellia Consignor Spotlight is on Bar 80 Cattle:

Located in Floresville, Texas, Bar 80 Cattle is a husband-and-wife operation owned by Chris Varnon and Blair Bodden. After years in the commercial cattle business, they made the decision in 2021 to reintroduce purebred Brahmans to their program, focusing on the breed’s longevity, vigor, and drought tolerance.

What started as a diversification effort quickly turned into a passion for the breed. Today, Bar 80 Cattle is transitioning away from commercial production and concentrating on quality polled Red Brahman genetics.

We are grateful to have Bar 80 Cattle as part of this year’s Brahmans at the Camellia offering and look forward to seeing everyone on July 18 in Perkinston, Mississippi.

Today, we are starting our series of Brahmans at the Camellia consignor introductions. Meet Dr. Kevin Bryant, owner of Bryant-Cardenas Red Brahmans, together with his godsons, Dorian and Dalton Cárdenas of Mexico.

For over 40 years, Red Brahmans have been part of Kevin’s life. He began his Brahman journey with his father as his partner until his untimely passing in 2002. The Bryant program has been connected to some of the most influential Red Brahman bulls in the world, including +Mr. 3X He’s Got The Look 40/2, +Mr. 3H X-Ray 825, +BB Mr. Sting-Ray 10/0, +BB Bronson 299/3, and now Mr. JH Beto 41/3 the 2024 Reserve National Champion.

In the next year, Kevin plans to move his cattle and embryos to El Tuito, Jalisco, Mexico, where his new ranch, Hacienda Zury, is currently being constructed. This move will give Dorian and Dalton the opportunity to carry the Bryant-Cardenas Red Brahman legacy forward into the next generation.

Kevin will continue to be involved with both the ABBA and the Mexican Association as he works to help strengthen the Red Brahman breed in the United States and Mexico.
