Calorie surplus is the reason for weight gain year after year, decade after decade. It’s not as simple as blaming sugar and carbs. You can eat sugar and carbs. Just don’t eat ALL the sugar and carbs lol.

I truly believe that if everyone ate more fruits and vegetables, a lot of health can be gained. Sounds simple, but the math and data says only 5% of people actually hit 24-32g of recommended daily fiber. That’s why heart disease is still killing us all at a younger age. I’m doing my part to end some of that suffering. It’s freaking hard day in and day out. I need your help. Please spread the word on fiber or send them my way.

Heart attacks at 50yrs old can be prevented. Get 24g - 32g of fiber daily. Most people only get 10g - 15g per day and heart attacks is still #1 killer of people. Prevention is better than prescription
