22 years ago, he started to travel across different countries in Europe with the idea of teaching other cultures his hometown traditions and native foods. This is where CASTEVIA IMPORTS is born, with the vision of sharing the authentic Valencian paella and its different original products such as olive oils, the tasting and the seasonings of the traditional paellas, the simplicity which is used during the process of cooking trough their kits made ready to heat up, saffron, rice cultivated in the outskirts and the authentic and original paella pans.
To mention, we count with the Record Guiness for the World’s largest paella made in 1992, which fed more than 100.000 spectators in the Turia River, making our native hometown of Valencia proud of keeping their original recipe and traditions. We also celebrate Falles, which is a traditional celebration held in commemoration of Saint Joseph in the city of Valencia, Spain. The term Falles refers to both the celebration and the monuments burnt during the celebration.
