Chef Q began cooking professionally as a teenager before serving in the United States Marine Corps. In 2010, while attending culinary school, he launched what would eventually become Chef Q Catering—a mobile catering business proudly serving veterans, military organizations, private events and corporate clients across Texas.

In this Customer Spotlight, Chef Q caters a special event at a Houston VFW post honoring the Houston Rockets for their generous donation of a new HVAC system.
