🍽 MICHELIN Guide Texas 2026 Gives No New Stars to Houston Restaurants — But Does Name New Bib Gourmands, Recommended Restaurants & a Star Bartender
🍹The MICHELIN Guide has announced its 2026 Texas restaurant selection, and while no Houston restaurant received a new Star this year, Houston added five new Bib Gourmands and nine new Recommended restaurants. In addition, XOLO beverage director Angel Bautista has received the MICHELIN Exceptional Cocktails Award.
⭐ All six of Houston’s One-Star restaurants have kept their distinctions. These are BCN Taste & Tradition, Corkscrew BBQ in Spring, Le Jardinier Houston, MARCH, Musaafer and Tatemó.
🥘 New Houston Bib Gourmands
The Bib Gourmand recognizes restaurants offering good food at a good value. The five new Houston Bib Gourmands are:
• Bar Buena
• Khói Barbecue
• Kitchen Rumors
• Murray’s Pizza & W**e
• Xolo
🍴 New Houston Recommended Restaurants
The Houston restaurants newly added to the MICHELIN Guide’s Recommended selection are:
• 1111
• Angie’s
• Di An Pho
• Jantra
• Levant BBQ
• Mayahuel
• Oru
• Osteria di Mercato
• Sushi Horiuchi
The full 2026 Texas selection includes 149 restaurants across 30 cuisine types, with three new One-Star restaurants statewide: Fabrik and Kappo Kappo in Austin, and Goldee’s Bar-B•Q in Fort Worth.
