Diet and exercise go hand in hand!

Knowing when and what to eat can make a difference in your workouts, these tips can guide your way to maximizing your workouts.

1. Healthy breakfast: Includes fruits such as apples or bananas accompanied by oatmeal and coffee.

2. Control the size of the portion: Taking into account what is the portion indicated in each meal will make your caloric deficit have a better result.

3. Take care of snacks: A good option is protein because they are easy to prepare, you can combine them with strawberries, apples or bananas and oatmeal or simply diluted in water alone.

4. Do not forget to consume liquids: Remember that when you train, sweating is loss of liquids found in the body and water is generally the best way to replace them.

5. Do not exceed your training time, more hours doesnt mean better results but a planned routine based on 1 hour with heavy load will make a difference.
