Our signature Bavarian Cheesecake is a Houston favorite and timeless dessert. This is not New York Style cheesecake, so you won’t want to miss out on having this memorable cake at your next event. We work with each client to create the perfect delicious cake that r

eflects their personal style and theme. From simple classic designs to vintage lace and pearls, we customize any size cake to suit each event and theme. Brianna & John’s wedding at Chateau Nouvelle was timeless with an Italian-inspired feel woven throughout the day. Warm mocha, white, and green tones carried through the reception space, paired with candlelit round tables and a four-tier vintage cake from Bavarian Cakery with detailed piping.
