🎃 BCI’s Trunk or Treat is coming!

Join us on Sunday, October 25 from 4:00–6:00 PM at the Bayou City Interpreting office in Humble for a fun, family-friendly afternoon!

We’ll have decorated trunks, candy, treats, and plenty fun. Bring the kids, bring a candy bucket, and come hang out with us!

We’re also inviting local RDSPDs and ITP programs to be a part of the fun, and we’re hoping for a great turnout from our community.

National Night Out is this Tuesday, October 6!

HCSO Community Engagement Division reached out to BCI and asked us to help spread the word, and we’re excited to be partnering with them for the evening. They are hoping to see a strong turn out from the Deaf community.

Come by, say hi, bring the kids, and hang out. There will be free food, games, giveaways, live music, community partners, first responders, and a drone show to close out the night.

We had SO much fun tonight!

Such a great turnout for Pickleball Night and the BEST way to close out Deaf Awareness Month 2026.

This whole month has been one for the books. So many fun events, so many good people and so much community.

And we’re not done yet. We already have several more events lined up for the rest of the year and we can’t wait to keep the fun going.

Join us for a FREE Pickleball Night on Wednesday, September 30 from 7–10 PM at 24 Hour Pickle in Cypress.

Come play, hang out, and spend the evening with us. No pickleball experience needed. 😉

🎃 We’re looking for trunks! 🎃

BCI is hosting a Trunk or Treat at our office in Humble on Sunday, October 25 from 4:00–6:00 PM, and we’re looking for the first 15 groups who want to participate!

ITPs, RDSPDs, organizations, families, friend groups, businesses, community groups, whoever wants to come decorate a trunk and join the fun, we would love to have you!

Each group will be responsible for decorating their trunk and bringing candy or goodies to hand out. BCI will have backup candy available if anyone runs out, and you’re absolutely welcome to hand out something other than candy too!

We’re hoping to bring together families, students, interpreters, Deaf community members, and friends for a fun afternoon at BCI.

Spots are limited to the first 15 groups, so if you want a trunk, make sure to sign up by 10/2 using the form linked in the comments! 🎃🍬
