We get a lot of messages from people asking where their order is.

And 100% of the time, they didn’t order from us.

This guy saw The Double Cup™, wanted one, then got served an ad for a different product and thought he was ordering from us.

That was back in July. He’s still waiting.

Once he realized what happened, he placed a new order with us.

It wasn’t our mistake, but we didn’t want to make him wait any longer. So instead of shipping it, we pulled up and hand delivered his Double Cup™ ourselves.

Houston always shows us love, so we’re gonna show it right back.
