🔥 Greek Roasted Veggies with Gus Greek Seasoning 🔥
One of the easiest ways to turn simple vegetables into something incredible is with the right seasoning. This recipe is one we make all the time at home — it’s healthy, simple, and packed with flavor.
Greek Roasted Vegetables
🥒 Ingredients:
• 1 zucchini, sliced
• 1 yellow squash, sliced
• 1 red onion, cut into chunks
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1–2 tbsp Gus Greek Seasoning
• Optional: crumbled feta cheese
🥗 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F
2️⃣ Toss all vegetables with olive oil and Gus Greek Seasoning in a large bowl
3️⃣ Spread evenly on a baking sheet
4️⃣ Roast 20–25 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized
5️⃣ Sprinkle with feta cheese if you like and serve
These are perfect as a side dish or even piled into a pita with grilled chicken.
