Creamy White Chocolate Strawberry Fudge Squares
Everyone asks for this recipe after the first bite.

Ingredients 🥣:
• 1 can (396 g) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups (340 g) white chocolate chips
• 2 tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter
• 1/8 tsp (1 g) fine sea salt
• 1 tsp (5 ml) clear vanilla extract

Crispy shortbread, gooey amber caramel, and snappy dark chocolate in every bite 🍫 This Classic Millionaire Shortbread is the bar you'll keep making.
Homemade Classic Millionaire Shortbread Bars
A bake sale favorite for good reason.

Ingredients 🥣:

For the shortbread base:
• 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
• 1/4 cup (50 g) fine granulated sugar
• 1/8 tsp (1 g) fine salt
• 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour

For the caramel:
• 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, cubed
• 1/2 cup (100 g) light brown sugar, packed
• 2 tbsp (40 g) golden corn syrup
• 1 (14 oz / 395 g) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/8 tsp (1 g) fine salt

For the chocolate topping:
• 6 oz (170 g) dark chocolate, chopped

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch (20 cm) square pan with parchment, leaving an overhang.
2. Cream softened butter, sugar, and salt until pale and fluffy. Fold in flour until a crumbly dough forms.
💡 Tip: If you skip pressing the dough firmly and evenly, the base will crumble when sliced. Press it flat with the back of a spatula.
3. Press dough firmly into the pan and prick all over with a fork. Bake 20 minutes until pale golden at the edges. Cool completely.
4. Melt butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, condensed milk, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly and boil gently for 8 to 10 minutes until thick and deep amber.
5. Pour the hot caramel over the cooled base and spread into the corners. Let it set for about 30 minutes.
6. Melt dark chocolate over barely simmering water until glossy. Spread over the set caramel and chill about 1 hour until firm.
7. Lift the slab out using the parchment overhang. Slice with a warm, sharp knife into clean squares.

Friends keep asking for the recipe after one bite.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter, softened
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) light corn syrup
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) pure strawberry extract
• 1 tiny drop (about 0.05 ml) pink gel food coloring
• 1/8 teaspoon (0.5 g) fine salt
• 4 cups (480 g) powdered sugar

Directions:
1. Beat the softened butter and light corn syrup in a large bowl until smooth and combined.
2. Stir in the strawberry extract, pink gel coloring, and fine salt until glossy and pale pink.

5. Roll into balls, place on a parchment-lined tray, and flatten into 1/2-inch (1.3 cm) rounds using a glass.

🎃 Halloween Saltine Toffee Bark is the sweet-and-salty treat your party table has been missing.
Crispy, buttery, and loaded with chocolate and spooky candy, it's all made on one sheet pan.
Crispy Spooky Saltine Toffee Bark
Everyone asks for the recipe after one bite.

Ingredients 🛒:
• 40 saltine crackers (40 pcs)
• 1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter
• 1 cup (200 g) packed dark brown sugar
• 1 cup (170 g) semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup (85 g) orange candy melts
• 2 tablespoons (25 g) purple, green, and black sprinkles
• 1/4 cup (30 g) candy eyeballs

Directions:
1. Line a rimmed half-sheet pan with foil and arrange saltines in a single snug layer, edge to edge with no gaps.
2. Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, then boil for 3 full minutes until thick and glossy.
💡 Tip: Skipping the full 3-minute boil leaves the toffee soft and sticky instead of crisp, so the bark won't snap cleanly.
3. Pour the hot caramel evenly over the crackers, spread it to the edges, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes until bubbling across the whole pan.
4. Immediately scatter chocolate chips and orange candy melts over the hot toffee, let them soften for 3 to 5 minutes, then swirl into marbling.
5. Sprinkle with purple, green, and black sprinkles and candy eyeballs, pressing gently so they stick.
6. Chill until completely firm, about 1 hour, then peel off the foil and snap into jagged shards.

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Total: 85 mins (includes 1 hour chilling)

🎃 Spooky Halloween Fudge takes one bowl, a few minutes, and zero fancy skills.
Silky, dense, and ready to slice after a 2-hour chill.

Velvety Chocolate Fudge with Halloween Sprinkles and Candy Eyes
Everyone asks for this recipe every single Halloween!

Ingredients 🍫:
• 12 oz (340 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 14 oz (396 g) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tbsp (14 g) unsalted butter
• 1 tsp (5 ml) pure vanilla extract
• 3 tbsp (30 g) Halloween sprinkles (orange, purple, green jimmies and black nonpareils)

Directions:
1. Set a heatproof glass bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water, making sure the bowl does not touch the water.
2. Add the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter to the bowl.

4. Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Pour the warm fudge into an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) pan lined with parchment paper and smooth the top.

• 2 medium apples (12 oz / 340 g), peeled and finely diced
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter (28 g)
• 3 tbsp packed brown sugar (38 g)
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon (2.5 g), plus extra for dusting
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (0.5 g)
• 8 oz cream cheese (225 g), softened
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (100 g), plus 2 tbsp for topping
