10 years ago was the Joplin Mo tornado. An EF 5. 24 hours before we attended Star Lake Hereford Sale and came home through Joplin. I can't imagine if the sale was on a Sunday. We would of been right in the path of the tornado. This post is just a 'what if'.......

We are anxiously awaiting for calves that are maternal sibs to this heifer. Churchill Sensation 028x is the sire. Homozygous polled. Calves to hit the ground very soon.

Pioneer bmr sorghum sudan. Has been cut once but look at the growth where it was cut off and 2 runners. Went threw a very dry July. 2 and half in. of rain last of August and growing strong now. Was cut in early August.

We love it when the eagle's stop by this time of year. We are even seeing some juvenile bald eagles. I thought they were golden eagles but reading a little more I think they are bald eagles. ( the white on the head is colored for juveniles)
