We are doing a little experiment with infusing vinegar with chive flowers. It sure is pretty if nothing else.
We will have an on farm market under our pavilion (350 Crust Rd.) from 8:00am to noon on Saturday, June 6th. We hope to have asparagus, beets, broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, escarole, garlic scapes, kale, kohlrabi, leaf lettuce, pac choi, radishes, spinach, spring onions, sugar snap peas, eggs and baked goods.
