Just finished going through a fresh planting of yellow beans. Unfortunately they matured a couple days late to include in the week’s CSA share.

But they are available at our online store Tuesday at 5:00 pm or come by our self service store anytime daylight hours.

We are a bit stubborn about harvesting green bells until we have our first yellow, orange or red one.

Tomorrow, August 1st from 8am to noon at our farm market (350 Crust Rd) we will be offering some of our first to turn.

We hope to have beans, beets, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, eggplant, fennel, garlic, kale, lettuce, onions, peppers(hots and sweets), pineapple tomatillos, potatoes, shallots, tomatillos, tomatoes, zucchini, eggs, and baked goods.

We will have an on farm market under our pavilion (350 Crust Rd.) Saturday, August 1st from 8am to noon.

We will have an on farm market under our pavilion (350 Crust Rd.) Saturday, August 1st from 8am to noon.

One of the items that will be available are Monique Shallots. They are touted as an easy peel, mild flavor long storage variety.
