We are doing a little experiment with infusing vinegar with chive flowers. It sure is pretty if nothing else.

We will have an on farm market under our pavilion (350 Crust Rd.) from 8:00am to noon on Saturday, June 6th. We hope to have asparagus, beets, broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, escarole, garlic scapes, kale, kohlrabi, leaf lettuce, pac choi, radishes, spinach, spring onions, sugar snap peas, eggs and baked goods.

We can’t guarantee the weather will be as beautiful as today, but we invite you to visit our place next Saturday morning...

We can’t guarantee the weather will be as beautiful as today, but we invite you to visit our place next Saturday morning June 6, for our first farm market of the season. Produce for sale under the pavilion from 8-noon. You’re welcome to take a walk around and see how the crops are growing.

First succession of cucumbers transplanted this morning. All the high tunnels here have cool weather crops growing, followed by warmer season vegetables. This one has lettuce, carrots, beets and escarole that will harvest in the next few weeks, so the cucumbers can go crazy.
