Stop at the farm on Saturday from 10-12 and get a chicken to roast for Mother's Day. We will also have bacon and eggs available to make your Mother's Day breakfast special.

We finally have some big buckin' chickens again!

Find us Tuesday at the for the first outdoor

If you miss us Tuesday, you can stop at the Farm on Saturday from 10-12, pick up some pasture raised meats and watch some lambs with zoomies run around the pasture.

The cows are enjoying their first day on grass. They have had enough of the winter paddocks. We may still have to supplement with a little hay, but it will be tough to convince them to eat it after they have had fresh, green, grass.

It's time again for our our "don't buy balloons" public service announcement. We are tired of finding balloons on the farm.

"All released balloons, including those falsely marketed as “biodegradable latex,” return to Earth as ugly litter. They kill countless animals and cause dangerous power outages.

Balloons are also a waste of Helium, a finite resource. Balloons can travel thousands of miles and pollute the most remote and pristine places."



The Farmer picked up another balloon this week. We should be keeping a tally of the number of balloons that we find in our remote corner of Centre County.

For your celebration, give plants, streamers, or pinwheels. Blow bubbles or wave streamers. To memorialize a day, plant a tree or build a birdhouse.
