He’s in Venice consulting with his first customer to receive crawfish shipped to California. The reviews are favorable, but the view is even better.

The crazy crawfish guy is trying out some new foods to enhance our menu.

We haven’t posted in awhile because we have been preparing for a much needed vacation. We want to thank everyone who ordered crawfish from us making our first season a huge success. We will be back and ready to bring you a taste of Louisiana with some new and fresh seafood starting in July.

The crawfish seem to be celebrating not getting caught up in someone’s net this season. This looks like one hell of a throw down. These Mudbugs really know how to party. Until next season crawfish….

Pondering Farms will update our calendar after we take a short break to recover from this season. We still have meat pies and boudin balls available for purchase. In July, we will have blue crab, shrimp and have some pop up dates for you to come out and enjoy some specialty items.

Uh Oh….another character has entered the chat. Blue Crabs are available all year long and Pondering Farms can get them to you.

Starting in July we will have shrimp and blue crab available for ordering however there will be limited dates. We will release the calendar as soon as we put it together.

Well there seems to be some conflict on Pondering Farms. Crawfish doesn’t seem ready to pass the torch. Shrimp is definitely ready for their time to shine. You’re not going to want to miss how this plays out.
