First batch of clabbered cheese! 🐄 I decided to try it out on sourdough toast with avacado. I salted the cheese with Himalayan salt. It is soooo good! 😋 Love the tangy sweet salty combo!

I would love to hear how others are using and flavoring their clabber and clabbered cheese!

We have had our chickens on lock down while some grass seed and plants get established over at our RV sites....(the little cluckers were demolishing the guest lawn area I'm trying to create) anyways... another benefit of their temporary incarceration is that I don't have to go find eggs in all of their random hiding spots! I hope once they get free-range privileges again they will continue laying in the nesting boxes 🤞

Excited to have our buzzy bee friends back for the summer! 🐝🌸🌻 I have tried bee keeping in the past with no success, so last year we decided to team up with a local commercial bee keeper who uses our property for the bees summer home. It is a win win for all of us!
