Green beans! Green beans! Come and get your green beans!

We picked 10 baskets of beans yesterday as the sun was preparing to go down. They are tender and delicious, a perfect way to end the season. It looks like a cold snap is coming which will take out the beans. This is most likely your last tastes of summer!

We are open by appointment, so reach out to schedule a time to stop by and see us. Don't forgot to grab broccoli, cabbage, and other vegetables as well!

It's a lovely windy Monday!

We have beautiful broccoli heads for sale! Planting them later than what we wanted to unexpectedly saved them from disease during that month of rain. One can never predict what the weather will do!

We also still have tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, some peppers, kale, lettuce, arugula, lots of leeks, onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes, winter squash, pumpkins, and more! Reach out and let us know if we can help you!

Sundays are for relaxing!

Some days that looks like church and a nap.

Some days that looks like a short drive and reconnecting as a family. Today was 1 of those days and so worth it!

Watching the sun rise, pickle ball, watching a softball game, a 3 mile hike, fishing, and planning a home cooked meal, and ending the night planning to watch the sunset driving home.....

The slower end of season pace is good for my health and excitement for the next season.

We are loving these fall days on the farm. I caught the start of the sunset as I was grabbing the egg bucket to collect eggs. We are working on completing as many projects as possible while the weather is gorgeous.

2 weeks since the last Roland Farmers' Market and I am missing seeing everyone. However, I am thoroughly enjoying the slightly slower pace. Don't hesitate to reach out if we can help you with farm fresh goodness! The season is coming to an end and cold weather will soon be here leaving everyone wishing for freshness. The last tastes are starting to be harvested.

We picked some beautiful green beans today and added more pumpkins to the hayrack.

It's Wednesday! We have some beautiful broccoli heads starting. We were late planting for a fall crop, but our lateness may have saved our crop. The heads are getting close to harvest. I will be sure to keep you updated.

And grapes! Our vines decided to set a 2nd crop this year! Crazy! Our research shows they do this due to plenty of water, nutrients, and sunlight. We definitely have had all 3 of those!

It is such gorgeous weather, and we feel super blessed! We have beautiful leeks, kohlrabi, lettuce, arugula, kale, cilantro, and radishes! Reach out to set up a time to grab some from us!

We worked on a project today that took longer than expected. But, we got a good start on it and hope to finish by the end of the weekend.

Today was a much slower day which allowed me to do some of the things I love - baking and trying new recipes.

This baked zucchini was delicious! Want the recipe, reach out! I will definitely be making it again!

The harvest is still coming in this week. Reach out if you are looking for some end of season produce. We do have some tomatoes, beautiful kohlrabi and cabbage, beets, leeks, and lots of potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions. If you need pumpkins and winter squash, we have it on our hay rack.

We are open by appointment all week. Reach out, and we will find a time that works!

Tomorrow is the day - the 2026 Harvest Festival from 9 am to 2 pm. Come on out to the farm as the sun shines and enjoy the farm and other vendors while soaking up some vitamin d.

We will have lots of fresh produce available - tomatoes, peppers, beets, carrots, red raspberries, onions, potatoes, leeks, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, herbs, greens, kohlrabi, sweet potatoes, winter squash, pumpkins, and so much more! Grab some eggs or honey as well as bread.

Bakery Girls has asked us to put out the last of the baked goods she baked right before she left. Prices will be posted, but they will be available for free will donation. The money in the bucket will go towards the 2nd half of her schooling that starts the end of December.
