If you're interested in purchasing one let me know! We will have sizes small, medium, large, and XL. If you need a different size put that in the message and I can order what you need!

The colors will be navy blue or black. We will have T shirts for now but come fall time we will add pullover sweatshirts!

With a heavy heart, our very first bred and birthed on the farm baby goat has passed. He was born yesterday without complication. Mother goat Jill, did wonderfully all on her own and cleaned up her baby like a pro.

Unfortunately, her inexperience got the best of her (even with help) she wouldn't allow baby to nurse. While she took care of him, him not getting the feeds that he needed and myself realizing too late, the baby went down hill early this morning.

I swiftly brought him inside and got to work. Syringe feeding, warming, stimulating, and endless cuddles, he fought for over 12 hours. Despite all efforts, he passed this evening. While I know this is part of life on the farm, it still hurts the heart. Especially a 10 year old little girls heart.

Mother Jill is looking for him, but is consolable. I will be milking her for the next few days to hopefully keep away mastitis.

We all learned different things from this. I can only pray the next experience will have a better outcome.

What a fun and successful morning it was at the Walkers Farm Home and Tack tailgate sale. We brought home 8 quail, a frizzle polish chicken pair, a piglet, and a mother goat with her baby.

Help us name our new hobby farm members! We need names for the mother/daughter goats AND for Mr. Piglet. The only stipulation for the pig is it has to be a P name. GO!
