We’ll be taking preorders for Texas-style BBQ for pickup on February 21st, featuring slow-smoked brisket and rich, flavorful, Texas-style pork belly — available by the whole or by the pound.
All meats are cooked low and slow with limited availability.

Payment is due immediately at the time of order placement. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Preorder forms will close on February 15th, or sooner if we sell out. Thank you for your support — we can’t wait to serve you!

Meat Options:
1. Whole Brisket — $180 | Feeds 15–20
2. Whole Pork Belly — $140 | Feeds 12–18
3. Brisket by the Pound — $32
4. Pork Belly by the Pound — $24
