Drinking Posts can be installed in many areas around your property! 💧 The Posts in this photo are being installed in outdoor runs ☀️. These Posts will split the runs, that way, animals on either side of the fence can access a single Post 💡. As you can see, there's a cutout in the fence line for the Drinking Post. The cutout extends about 1.5 ft. above the Drinking Post so animals on both sides can easily get their noses in there to push the paddle 🐴🐮.

There are so many great applications for the Drinking Post! With it's small footprint and adjustable height, you can put it anywhere! 💧👍

Check out this Drinking Post that's installed in a fence line! 💡 This is a really great way to design your installation because it allows two lots or pastures to access the same Drinking Post 🧠. This will cut down on the number of Posts you need to purchase and install and will save you some money 💸👍. Also, it can provide a little bit of protection to the Drinking Post by having fence posts on either side. There are many different ways to do a fence line installation, but here you see they added a piece of wood across the top for some extra stability between the two sides of the fence 💪. This method can also help prevent ornery animals from messing with the guys on the other side of the fence! 😂🐴

Make sure you don't install a Drinking Post in an electric fence 🚫⚡. This will make the animals hesitant to approach the Post and can make training difficult. Also, be sure that you don't exceed the max headcount of 25 animals per Drinking Post between the two sides!
