John here, and I finally get to make a post that doesn’t start with “Unfortunately…”
This has been the toughest week I’ve had in a long time. Honestly, I feel like I aged about 10 years in 10 days. There were a lot of long days, a lot of stress, and more than a few moments where I wondered how the hell we were going to get through this.
But we’re here.
We are officially reopening tomorrow!
The new equipment is in, everything is back up and running, the beer is cold, and the pizza oven is hot. I cannot tell you how good it feels to say that.
We do want to set expectations, though. We will have some food and beer limitations as we get everything back to normal. Our menu will be a little smaller than usual, and some of your favorite beers may not be available right away.
We’re asking for a little patience and grace as we get our feet back underneath us. We’re going to do everything we can to take care of you, but we’re still digging our way out of a pretty incredible mess.
And I want to give a HUGE thank you to our staff. They have been absolutely incredible through all of this. They’ve dealt with the uncertainty, the schedule changes, the chaos, and all the questions that come with shutting down unexpectedly—and they’ve done it with patience and professionalism. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to have in our corner.
A huge thank you to everyone who reached out, checked on us, sent messages, offered help, or simply told us you’d be back when we reopened. It meant more than you know.
And another massive thank you to our friends at HiHO Brewing for letting us use one of their refrigerated trailers and helping us save as much product as we could. That’s the kind of thing that makes you damn proud to be part of this local brewing community.
So tomorrow, we get back to it.
Cold beer. Hot pizza. Good people.
We can’t wait to see you.
Cheers,
John
