How to harvest dill so you have it all season ♡♡♡

Garlic scape pesto ingredients:
3 packed cups of fresh basil 🌿
1/8 cup fresh lemon juice 🍋
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup fresh garlic scapes
1/2 cup parmesan cheese 🧀
1/2 cup cashews
1/3 cup olive oil 🫒
Ground pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients together and top over your favorite noodles 🍜

They are an excellent garlicy treat with lots of fiber. Use them in stir fry, pesto, seasonings soups...the options are endless. Don't let these cute curly treats go to waste. Follow for recipes and ideas as we use ours ♡♡♡

Chive vinaigrette dressing:
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup infused chive vingar
2 TBLS fresh chives
2 minced garlic cloves
1.5 TBLS raw honey
1 TBLS dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Optional ingredients if prefer a thinner dressing:
1 TBLS lemon juice
2 TBLS water

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy ♡♡♡
