Our beef is born and raised on our dairy farm, Hartland Farms, in Clayton, Michigan. We want you to know where your meat comes from. Happy Farming!

We strive to bring you that farm to table experience by providing quality local products produced by local farmers. Our mission is to bring the most quality LOCAL products to YOU. We are a 7th generation Dairy Farm family who also raises beef. We strive to bring you the most quality farm to table experience and the greatest part: you know where your food comes from! You can't get much better than

that. You have the option of buying individual cuts of meat, or you can go the route to fill your freezer with 1/4, 1/2 or full beef. We also service many local restaurants with our beef. Come check out all the LOCAL products we have to offer and know where your food comes from. As farmers, we understand the value of hard work, sacrifice, and the freedom to steward the land we love. Few holidays carry the significance of Memorial Day because it honors the men and women who gave everything so that we can live, work, raise our families, and farm in a free nation.

Today, as we look across our fields and gather with loved ones, we pause to remember those who never came home. Their sacrifice made possible the everyday freedoms we often take for granted.

We are forever grateful to the heroes who gave their lives in service to our country. May we honor their memory not only today, but every day.

This is a brand-new venture for Hart’s Local, and we’re bringing farm-fresh local beef straight from our family farm to the heart of downtown. No middleman. No grocery store guessing. Just beef raised by local farmers who care about quality and community.

Come early, shop the market, grab coffee or breakfast, explore downtown, and stock your freezer while you’re at it. We have a feeling Saturdays at the market are about to become a new tradition 👀
