Bumper crop of honey! Very floral.
Our honey is raw, meaning that we only uncap the frames, extract it, and filter it through cheesecloth to remove the small wax pieces and extraneous bee parts.
We package in canning jars, and sell in half pint, pint, quart, and half gallon sizes.

Spring bee activity is ramping up as the trees and dandelions start blooming. If we don’t get a late frost, it should be a good honey season.
We have plenty of honey remaining from last season so stop by!
