Grindstaff Rub Co + Meat Church Ribs

I was ready to try the Texas Sugar rub from Meat Church. And I never break out ribs and not utilize some Grindstaff Rub Co APR. One slab of ribs had the Texas Sugar and the other had the Grindstaff Rub Co. Both rub mixes were blended with brown sugar. No surprise but the Grindstaff All Purpose Rub was my favorite once again. Seriously, Grindstaff makes the best rubs and the best sauces!! Must try!! - Nuxolls had the best ribs available that’s local to Effingham, IL

Back in the saddle again!

If you didn’t see my recent story, I bought a new grill. Back in the Weber kettle game. Tomorrow will be my first time doing ribs in a real long time. Can’t wait to get the smoke rolling in the neighborhood once again.

I always have to have Grindstaff Rub Co. APR for my ribs. The other side of the slab I’m going to try the Texas Sugar from Meat Church. I always go with a blend of brown sugar with both rubs.
