Gingerbread Peach is one of my seasonal favorites. 🍑 I love serving it with thinly sliced peaches, burrata, a sprinkle of roughly chopped basil, and toast points. Simple, beautiful, and always a crowd-pleaser!

Silda sent us her breakfast this morning — and we had to share. ☀️

Cereal, milk, banana, bright berries, and a generous spoonful of Strawberry Rhubarb jam.

The jam mixes right into the milk and berries and makes the whole bowl sweet and tangy. Such a good way to start the morning!

4️⃣ Blackberries + blueberries
5️⃣ One big spoon of Silda’s Strawberry Rhubarb jam

Jam Crumble Bars, straight from the kitchen 🍓

There’s something about a simple shortbread base, a generous layer of jam, and a golden crumble on top that feels timeless. We spent the afternoon baking these Jam Crumble Bars, and the kitchen smelled absolutely wonderful.

We layered in Blueberry Elderflower, Cherry Pie, and Strawberry Rhubarb! Each one bakes beautifully and brings its own personality to the bars. It's always such a joy to see how jam transforms in the oven.

If you have a jar in your pantry, this is a lovely weekend bake to try. Dust with a little powdered sugar, slice, and serve with tea or coffee.
